Do you suffer from tooth sensitivity?

Does eating or drinking hot or cold foods make you wince?

Many people experience tooth sensitivity, which can be a symptom of several dental problems, including:

  • gum recession

  • tooth decay

  • enamel erosion

Fortunately, dental sealants can help alleviate your discomfort. Covering the sensitive areas of your teeth can reduce exposure to temperature changes and protect your teeth from further damage.

With the help of dental sealants, you can enjoy your favorite foods and drinks without fear of pain or discomfort.

Don’t let tooth sensitivity hold you back any longer.

Talk to Dr. Bello today about whether dental sealants are right for you, and start enjoying life without worrying about tooth pain.

Cavity Prevention

By filling in the deep grooves and pits of molars and premolars, sealants can significantly reduce the risk of cavities in both children and adults.

Dental sealants are inexpensive compared to restorative treatments such as fillings or crowns.

Painless and Quick

Getting dental sealants is a painless and quick procedure that can be completed in just one visit to our office.

If your teeth have deep grooves or pits, and you are at high risk of developing cavities, our dentist may recommend sealants as a preventative measure.

If sealants are appropriate, our dentist will thoroughly clean and dry the tooth surface. Then, an acidic solution will be applied to the tooth to help the sealant adhere.

Finally, the sealant material will be applied to the tooth and hardened using a special light. The process is painless and usually takes just a few minutes per tooth.
